Updated SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analyses have been carried out, with the purpose to define and examine the infrastructure business environment for supporting the consortium members in identifying appropriate strategies to reduce weaknesses and threats, as well as to overcome any risks that may impede the successful implementation and operation of METROFOOD-RI and the future ERIC.
