Report describing the METROFOOD-RI´s impact communication strategy towards its key stakeholders, based on an inventory of key impacts generated by the infrastructure, followed by a matching of generated impacts with main stakeholders’ requirements and demands, and culminating in the provision of tailored communication messages, visualization, and communication channels.
The report further defines internal procedures, roles, and responsibilities for the impact communication strategy implementation, as well as basic principles for regular monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of communication to external parties.
