Report including the minutes of the 2nd METROFOOD-PP Consortium Assembly meeting which has been organized as a one-day meeting on 18 May 2022, with the participation of the whole Consortium, covering Beneficiaries and Linked Third Parties. The meeting was held in Bucharest (Romania) under the organisation of IBA, hosted at the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest - Faculty of Biotechnologies. Considering the persistent conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, in November 2021 the Management Committee approved to organise the meeting in a blended version. The meeting was aimed at providing an overview of all the activities performed during the project and assessing and discussing project progresses particularly for the last semester, from Month 25 to Month 30, and the next steps in the infrastructure lifecycle, with particular reference to the upcoming Interim Phase and the ERIC.
