Join the OLEUM final conference on February 17-18 2021!

on behalf of the Coordinator and the partners of the EU H2020 OLEUM project,

it is our great pleasure to invite you to the final conference, that will take place online on the February 17-18 2021 (14:00-17:00 CET). OLEUM project aims to better guarantee olive oil quality and authenticity by empowering detection and fostering prevention of olive oil fraud. Over two days, as detailed in the attached agenda, we will present the results achieved. In particular, on February the 17th, we will focus on the impact of OLEUM on the future EU policies on olive oil, while, on the day after, we will discuss validation studies of the methods, other proposed analytical tools and how OLEUM will impact on the olive oil sector economy and practices.
