The principles summarize the procedures and criteria to be applied to prepare the cost book and financial plan for the 2nd Interim Phase and the future ERIC, with the timeline and the specific cost items to be considered for defining the costs for the Central Hub and the costs for the National Nodes. Voting results are stored in the on-line system and - exported - at ENEA (See D1.5 + specific document summarising the principles stored in the password protected area of the website).
