Report describing the Communication Strategy taken in METROFOOD-RI for establishing the communication tools and communication lines that are most appropriate for accessing each of the four identified user categories.

The Communication strategy outlines target audience, mechanisms and activities related to facilitating dissemination of information and a definition of pool of contemporary communication channels and a decision matrix created to match the best channels from this pool to specific user profiles.
